Reservoir House project in Ilkley, West Yorkshire progressing steadily - we are currently manufacturing the aluminium glazing for the first floor.































Deep aluminium fascia and soffit detail in place to hide a concealed gutter system with matching aluminium pressings under the window cills – colour and finish selected by the architect to contrast with the windows in textured paint. Cedar cladding and block work render to complete when there is a break in the weather.

We have recently completed the glazing survey for phase 1 of the prestigious Hawksworth Moor Reservoir project and are now looking forward to manufacturing and installing our high quality aluminium windows and doors.






An ambitious ‘Grand Designs’ project located on the fringe of Ilkley Moor in West Yorkshire creating a truly unique high specification contemporary private residence on the site of the former Hawksworth Moor Service Reservoir. The accommodation is based around three individual structures with a central courtyard nestled within the existing walls of the reservoir and will comprise of the main house, guest block, large gym with offices, garaging and parking areas. 


 



Constructed within a highly insulated building envelope to minimise heat losses the house is designed to high environmental standards including ground and air source heat pumps, heat recovery ventilation, solar water heating, PV panels and specialist glazing to ensure the maximum influx of natural light with unobstructed views.
